Our Story
Parkview Home is a faith-based senior living community in Wayland, Iowa. We are committed to providing cozy accommodations, delicious meals, and engaging activities to our residents. We understand that moving to a retirement home can be a difficult decision, that's why we strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment. Our story began in 1961 when a church-affiliated board established Parkview Home. Since then, we have been prioritizing Christian values and fostering a sense of community among our residents. We believe that every person deserves to live their golden years with dignity and respect.
Today Parkview Home is a nonprofit, faith-based community at 102 N. Jackson Street, across from the Wayland city park that gives Parkview its name. Independent housing, residential care and 24-hour nursing care are all part of one campus, so residents can stay in the community they know as their needs change.
